参加工作以来,我一直在小学担任班主任工作。班主任是班级的组织者和教育管理者,是学生健康成长的引路人,是联系各科任教师的纽带。小学班主任工作既是艰巨的,又是光荣的。结合我自己班级的实际情况,对本学期所做班主任工作总结如下:一、重视知识学习,加强思想教育学习是学生的主要任务,教育学生学好功课是班主任的一项重要任务。因此,在班主任工作中,我首先引导学生学好功课,并且同各学科教师密切配合,随时互相交换
