农村基层党组织处于农村工作的最前沿,是党建工作的重要环节,加强基层党建工作,是各个时期党的建设和发展基石。因此,要做好基层党建工作,必须不断增强党建工作的活力,健全基层党建工作的机制,创造良好的工作氛围,形成职责明确、落实有力的工作机制,不断提升党建工作水平。
