江阴市2007~2009年桶装纯净水微生物污染状况调查

[目的]为掌握江阴市桶装纯净水微生物污染状况,提高产品卫生质量,保障人民身体健康。[方法]2007~2009年不同季节对江阴市18家桶装纯净水生产的125批次样品进行采样检测。[结果]江阴市桶装纯净水的合格率为73.6%,影响桶装纯净水的卫生质量的主要微生物指标为菌落总数和霉菌及酵母菌,微生物合格率冬春季高于夏秋季,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.24,P﹤0.01);专业水厂的合格率高于自备纯净水厂;自动灌装设备生产的纯净水合格率高于半自动生产的纯净水;使用洁净车间生产的纯净水合格率高于非洁净车间;使用臭氧消毒的水质的合格率高于紫外线消毒的水质。[结论强化卫生质量意识,加强企业管理,加大生产设备和产品卫生质量设施的投入,是保障纯净水卫生质量最关键的环节。 [Objective] To understand the status of microbial contamination of bottled purified water in Jiangyin City, improve the hygiene quality of products and ensure the health of the people. [Method] The samples of 125 batches produced by 18 bottled pure water in Jiangyin City were sampled and tested in different seasons from 2007 to 2009. [Result] The qualified rate of bottled pure water in Jiangyin was 73.6%. The main microorganisms influencing the hygienic quality of bottled pure water were the total number of colonies and molds and yeasts. The passing rate of microorganisms in winter and spring was higher than that in summer and autumn, (Χ2 = 14.24, P <0.01). The qualified rate of professional water plants was higher than that of self-provided pure water plants. The pass rate of pure water produced by automatic filling equipment was higher than that of semi-automatic production of pure water. The use of clean workshop Of the qualified rate of pure water than non-clean workshop; the use of ozone disinfection of the water pass rate is higher than the UV disinfection of water quality. [Conclusions] Strengthening the awareness of health quality, strengthening enterprise management, and increasing investment in production facilities and product quality and hygiene facilities are the most crucial steps to ensure the quality of pure water hygiene.
