以壳聚糖为原料,2-溴异丁酰溴为反应试剂合成壳聚糖大分子引发剂CS-Br,并用其引发甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)在离子液体BMIMCl中的电子活化再生原子转移自由基聚合(AGET ATRP),制备出壳聚糖季铵盐抗菌剂P(CS-Br-DMC)。采用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)等对产物结构进行表征,并对其抗菌性能进行研究。结果表明,通过AGET ATRP可成功合成壳聚糖季铵盐P(CS-Br-DMC),且聚合物在丙酮溶液中具有自组装行为;所制备的壳聚糖季铵盐对织物具有优良的抗菌性能,其抗菌效果明显优于未改性的壳聚糖。
Chitosan as the raw material, 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide as the reaction reagent synthesis chitosan macromolecular initiator CS-Br, and use it to initiate methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) in the ion (AG-ATRP) in liquid BMIMCl to prepare chitosan quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent P (CS-Br-DMC). The structure of the product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (ESEM), infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The antibacterial properties of the product were also studied. The results showed that the quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan P (CS-Br-DMC) could be successfully synthesized by AGET ATRP and the self-assembly behavior of the polymer in acetone solution. The prepared chitosan quaternary ammonium salt has excellent Antibacterial properties, the antibacterial effect was significantly better than the unmodified chitosan.
