采用熔融共混法制备了不同配比的PP/煤粉/乙炔黑复合材料,并对复合材料的抗静电性能和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:煤粉/乙炔黑配合体能提高复合材料的抗静电性能和冲击强度。在其质量分数为20%时表面和体积电阻率达到最低,分别为2.71×10~6Ω和2.28×10~7Ω/cm。主要原因是导电粒子煤粉/乙炔黑在PP基体中形成导电通道。当配合体含量为5%时,复合材料冲击强度最大,即22.48kJ/m~2。
The melt blending method was used to prepare PP / pulverized coal / acetylene black composites with different proportions and the antistatic and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the pulverized coal / acetylene black complex can improve the antistatic property and impact strength of the composites. When the mass fraction is 20%, the surface and volume resistivity reach the lowest, which are 2.71 × 10 ~ 6Ω and 2.28 × 10 ~ 7Ω / cm, respectively. The main reason is the conductive particles of coal powder / acetylene black in the PP matrix to form conductive channels. When the content of the ligand is 5%, the impact strength of the composite is the highest, that is 22.48kJ / m ~ 2.
