目的 :探讨舌痛发生机制及治疗方法。方法 :对 18例舌微循环障碍所致舌痛患者进行组织学、血液流变学和甲皱微循环检查 ,并采用中西医结合治疗。结果 :此类患者虽无典型微血管炎症 ,但均存在明显的高粘血症及微循环障碍。中西医结合治疗后 ,16例患者症状和体征均消失 ,2例患者症状好转。随访 1年以上无复发。结论 :舌微血管障碍可能是舌痛的病因之一 ,采用当归注射液为主的中西医活血化瘀疗法 ,可获良好疗效。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism and treatment of tongue pain. Methods: Histological, hemorheological and nail fold microcirculation examination was performed in 18 cases of tongue pain caused by microcirculation disturbance of the tongue and treated with the combination of TCM and Western medicine. Results: Although there is no typical microvascular inflammation in these patients, there are obvious hyperviscosity and microcirculation. After the combination of TCM and WM, the symptoms and signs of 16 patients disappeared, and the symptoms of 2 patients improved. Follow-up more than 1 year without recurrence. Conclusion: Tongue microvascular dysfunction may be one of the causes of tongue pain. Using Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine promoting blood circulation and removing blood circulation based on Angelica injection can achieve good curative effect.
