团结是一个老题目,现在又被鲜明地提出来了。党的十四大报告一开始,就提出这次大会要开成团结的大会,胜利的大会。报告讲加强党的建设和改善党的领导,其中一条就是坚持和健全民主集中制,维护党的团结和统一。报告的最后,号召全党同志和全国各族人民,在党中央领导下更加紧密地团结起来,特别强调要“同呼吸、共命运、心连心”。这是为什么呢?
