目的探讨平板运动变时性功能对冠心病诊断的价值分析。方法随机选取2013年7月—2015年1月收治的冠心病患者87例,另选取37例非冠心病者作为对照组。所有患者均经由冠状动脉造影确诊,对其进行平板运动试验,并对患者的心率储备率(HRR)和心脏变时功能指标的最高心率同预测最大心率比值(rHR)进行观察记录。结果观察组患者的运动时间、最大心率、HRR、rHR均明显低于对照组患者,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);在增加HRR、rHR作为阳性附加标准后,平板运动试验对于冠心病的诊断敏感性明显提高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论心脏变时功能在冠心病的诊断及预后中具有十分重要的应用价值,在平板运动试验中增加心脏变时功能不良作为附加诊断标准,有助于提高冠心病的诊断率,有利于冠心病早期治疗的开展,对于改善患者生活质量和预后具有十分积极的意义,建议在临床上进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the value of diastolic function of treadmill exercise on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 87 CHD patients were selected from July 2013 to January 2015, and 37 non-CHD patients were selected as the control group. All patients were diagnosed by coronary angiography and their treadmill exercise test was performed. HRR and rHR of patients with heart failure were observed and recorded. Results The exercise time, maximum heart rate, HRR and rHR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After the HRR and rHR were added as positive additional criteria, the treadmill exercise test for coronary heart disease Diagnostic sensitivity was significantly improved, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Cardiac time-varying function plays an important role in the diagnosis and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
