采用致痉剂致喘、酚红排泌试验和测定致敏豚鼠肺泡灌洗液及外周血炎症细胞等方法,观察喘消雾化液的平喘、祛痰作用及对气道炎性细胞的影响。结果:喘消雾化液雾化给药,拮抗组胺和乙酰胆碱等量混合液所致豚鼠哮喘反应(P<0.01),增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量(P<0.05及P<0.01);同时对抗原攻击引起的致敏豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液及外周血WBC总数、淋巴细胞总数、嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞呈明显抑制作用(P<0.05及P<0.01),提示喘消雾化液有显著的平喘、祛痰作用及抑制气道、肺及外周血炎性细胞的趋化和聚集。
