目的 :确定瞬态诱发性耳声发射 (TEOAE)的正常值 ,探索 TEOAE各测值的临床应用价值。方法 :用 ILO- 96型耳声发射仪对 2 0例 (40耳 )正常青年人进行 TEOAE测试。短声声刺激强度为 80 d B SPL,刺激方式为非线性模式。结果 :A&B、A- B、总反应幅值、重复率分别为 5.6~ 2 2 .2 ,- 2 .1~ 5.5,4.5~ 1 8.9d B SPL,66.7%~ 1 0 0 %。 1 0 0 0 ,1 50 0 ,2 0 0 0 ,30 0 0 ,40 0 0 Hz的频率带重复率分别为 40 .1 %~ 1 0 0 % ,70 .4%~1 0 0 % ,58.9%~ 1 0 0 % ,59.7%~ 1 0 0 % ,41 .5%~ 1 0 0 % ,其频率带信噪比测值分别为 0 .0~ 2 0 .8,2 .2~2 6.2 ,- 2 .3~ 2 2 .5,- 2 .1~ 2 3.1 ,- 3.8~ 2 0 .2 d B SPL。 TEOAE能量分析半倍频幅值分别为 - 2 0 .8~ - 2 .4,-1 0 .5~ - 3.5,- 6.3~ 1 2 .1 ,- 4.4~ 1 4.4,- 6.9~ 1 2 .7,- 8.8~ 1 4.6,- 8.2~ 1 2 .6,- 2 6.5~ - 5.3,- 2 9.3~ - 1 0 .9d BSPL。结论 :总反应幅值和重复率对判断整个耳蜗状态有临床意义。频率带重复率、频率带信噪比和 TEOAE能量分析值对判断耳蜗各频段的生理病理状态有临床意义
Objective: To determine the normal value of transient induced otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) and to explore the clinical value of TEOAE measurements. Methods: TEO OE-96 otoacoustic emission (TEOAE) test was performed on 20 normal young adults (40 ears). The short-sonic stimulation intensity was 80 d B SPL and the stimulation mode was nonlinear. Results: The total reaction amplitude and repetition rate of A & B, A-B were 5.6-2.2-2, -2.1-5.5, 4.5-1.99d B SPL, 66.7% -100% respectively. The frequency band repetition rates of 1 0 0 0, 1 50 0, 2 0 0 0, 30 0 0 and 40 0 0 Hz were 40.1% -100%, 70.4% -100%, 58.9 % ~ 100%, 59.7% ~ 100%, 41.5% ~ 100%. The measured values of the band signal to noise ratio are 0 .0 ~ 2.08, 2.2 ~ 6.2, respectively , -2.3 ~ 2 2 .5, -2.2 ~ 2 3.1, -3.8 ~ 2.02 d B SPL. The half-octave amplitudes of TEOAE energy analysis were - 208 ~ -2.4, -1 0 .5 ~ -3.5, -6.3 ~ 1 2 .1, -4.4 ~ 1 4.4, -6.9 ~ 1 2, respectively. 7, -8.8 to 1 4.6, - 8.2 to 12.6, -2.5 to 5.3, -2.3 to -1.09 d BSPL. Conclusion: The total response amplitude and repetition rate have clinical significance in judging the whole cochlear status. Frequency band repetition rate, frequency band signal to noise ratio and TEOAE energy analysis value of the cochlea to determine the various physiological and pathological status of clinical significance
