针对AC-20型沥青混合料,通过现场测定成形沥青混凝土面层的PQI密度、构造深度、芯样密度,并对芯样进行了级配分析和计算其空隙率,证明了无核密度仪PQI应用于沥青混凝土面层密度检测是可行的和可靠的。在此基础上,提出了表面致密、无离析、轻度离析、严重离析等类型沥青混合料集料离析的路面空隙率、密度、油石比、构造深度、级配等技术特征,并对沥青混合料集料离析程度提出了分类标准。
According to the AC-20 asphalt mixture, the PQI density, structure depth and core density of asphalt concrete pavement were determined by on-site analysis. The grading analysis of the core sample was also carried out and the void fraction was calculated. It was proved that PQI Applied to asphalt concrete surface density testing is feasible and reliable. On this basis, the technical characteristics of pavement porosity, density, oil-rock ratio, tectonic depth and grading are put forward for the segregation of aggregates such as dense surface, no segregation, mild segregation and severe segregation.
