近年来在克山病非生物病因研究中,营养和缺血与克山病发病的关系是引人注目的两个问题。应用实验病理学方法探讨克山病病因,国内其它省区已有报道,但在甘肃省尚未开展。对于实验结果的观察,目前大多是采用普通光镜,而超微结构的研究资料尚很缺乏。为此,我们采用甘肃省克山病病区粮饲养大鼠,通过对三个不同饲料组大鼠心肌的光镜和电镜观察,探讨病区粮对大鼠心肌的影响。观察不同营养状态大鼠心肌对缺血性损伤耐受性的差异,以探讨营养因素和缺血因素与克山病发病的关系。
In recent years, Keshan disease in non-biological etiology, nutrition and ischemia and Keshan disease incidence is striking two issues. The use of experimental pathology Keshan disease etiology, other provinces have been reported, but not yet in Gansu Province. For the observation of the experimental results, most of the current ordinary light microscopy, and the ultrastructure of the research data is still lacking. To this end, we used the Keshan disease area of Gansu Province to feed the rats, through the light and the mirror observation of the myocardial tissue of three different feed groups to explore the ward on the rat heart. To observe the differences of myocardial tolerance to ischemic injury in different nutritional status rats to explore the relationship between nutritional factors and ischemic factors and Keshan disease.
