研究了用美国力可CS-344碳硫测定仪测定金属铍中总碳、化合碳及游离碳的方法。总碳测定:以钨粒-铜粒为助熔剂,它与试样的重量比大于20:1,可获得好的分析结果。当铍中总碳含量为0.050%~0.080%范围时,样品测定的相对标准偏差<10%;用标准钢样加入到铍试样基体中,回收率为94%~106%。游离碳测定:以3mol/L HCl溶解样品,过滤后进行测定,当铍中游离碳含量为0.006%~0.020%范围时,样品测定的相对标准偏差≤10%。化合碳测定:以总碳量减去游离碳量即得到化合碳量。该方法适用于测定总碳含量为0.050%~1.00%,及测定游离碳含量为0.006%~0.500%的金属铍样品。
The method for the determination of total carbon, combined carbon and free carbon in beryllium metal with CS-344 Carbon Sulfur Analyzer was studied. Total carbon determination: tungsten particles - copper particles as a flux, the weight ratio of the sample to the sample is greater than 20: 1, good results can be obtained. When the total carbon content of beryllium is in the range of 0.050% ~ 0.080%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the sample is less than 10%. The standard steel sample is added to the beryllium sample matrix and the recovery rate is 94% ~ 106%. Determination of free carbon: Samples were dissolved with 3 mol / L HCl and filtered. After the content of free carbon in beryllium ranged from 0.006% to 0.020%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than or equal to 10%. Determination of carbon compound: total carbon minus the amount of free carbon to obtain the amount of carbon compound. This method is suitable for the determination of metallic beryllium samples with a total carbon content of 0.050% to 1.00% and a free carbon content of 0.006% to 0.500%.
