大庆120紧急救援中心与下属各网络急救站无行政隶属关系,致使院前急救工作存在不少实际问题。加之各急救站的院前急救和院内急诊都是急诊科的医务人员担任,医务人员在负责院内急诊的同时还要担负院前急救出车的任务,造成紧急情况下无暇分身,延误出车等问题。针对这些问题提出相应对策,对指挥中心及各急救站进行工作改进,提高了各急救站的出车速度,缩短了到达急救现场的时间,为危重患者的抢救赢得了宝贵的时间。
Daqing 120 emergency rescue center and its subordinate network first aid station without administrative affiliation, resulting in pre-hospital emergency work there are many practical problems. Coupled with the first aid station of the hospital before the first aid and emergency room are emergency department medical staff, medical staff responsible for the hospital emergency at the same time also bears the hospital emergency rescue mission, resulting in an emergency without the flair, delay in the car and so on problem. In response to these problems, some countermeasures are put forward to improve the command center and the first aid stations, increase the speed of getting out of the first aid stations and shorten the time to the first aid site, thus earning precious time for the rescue of critically ill patients.
