该文对314例常见脑部疾病进行了血及脑脊液酸碱气体分析。将不同神志、颅压改变患者与102例正常成人对照，发现病例组神志、颅压不同，其血和脑脊液酸碱气体改变程度不一，病组血气H＋减少，氧分压降低，代谢性碱中毒；脑脊液H＋增加，氧分压降低，有代谢性酸中毒。
In this paper, blood and cerebrospinal fluid acid-base gas analysis was performed on 314 common brain diseases.
