菌株XG-1为实验室内分离的一株对西瓜枯萎病病菌有较强抑制作用的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。通过抗生素标记测定了菌株XG-1的定殖能力,研究了该菌株对西瓜的促生作用以及对西瓜枯萎病的室内防效。其研究结果表明,XG-1标记菌株通过浸种和灌根接种,可在西瓜植株根际及体内有效定殖30 d以上;用1.0×109cfu/mLXG-1菌悬液处理西瓜种子后20 d,其出芽率、主根和胚轴长度、株高、鲜质量及叶绿素含量均有明显提高,对西瓜枯萎病的室内防效达75.5%。
The strain XG-1 is a laboratory-isolated Bacillus subtilis which has a strong inhibitory effect on the pathogen of watermelon wilt disease. The ability of colonization of strain XG-1 was determined by antibiotic marker. The promoting effect of this strain on watermelon and its indoor control effect on watermelon wilt were studied. The results showed that the strain XG-1 could inoculate effectively in the rhizosphere and in vivo of the watermelon plants for 30 days after being inoculated by soaking seeds and irrigating roots. After treated with 1.0 × 109cfu / mL XG-1 bacterial suspension for 20 days, The budding rate, length of major root and hypocotyls, plant height, fresh weight and chlorophyll content all increased obviously, and the indoor control effect on watermelon blight was 75.5%.
