病历摘要患者女性、66岁、因发热、上腹胀、反复呕吐一天多,无尿半天而于1979年12月28日入院。入院前一天中午吃鸡与鸡汤,下午3时感头晕、恶心、腹胀、频繁呕吐,开始为食物,以后为黄水,至入院前27小时内共吐30多次。大便一次,正常。无上腹痛。入院当天上午体温38℃,血压120/80毫米汞柱,因呕吐不止乃转来我院。有慢性肾盂肾炎史16年。起病时有尿频、尿急、尿中时有红、白细胞,曾因本病住院3次。入院前一天仅小便3次,入院前半天无尿。高血压史3年,最高
