魏杰,著名经济学家,经济学博士。中国国有资产管理学会常务副会长,清华大学中国经济研究中心常务副主任,清华大学经济管理学院教授,博士生导师。曾任中国人民大学经济系主任,国务院国家国有资产管理研究室主任等职,兼任全国13个省市经济顾问、15家企业经济顾问,1991年被评为国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家,1992年成为中国最年轻的博导之一,1993年在经济学界第一个提出中央银行与专业银行彻底分开的治理金融秩序建议。曾获经济学界最高奖——孙治方经济科学奖。最近的研究方向:企业制度创新及企业技术创新的制度保证,企业产权制度与资本市场的内在结合及互动性,企业中货币资本与人力资本内在结合的产权制度体现,宏观经济对企业经营战略的约束性的体制表现等。
