腹腔镜技术作为治疗手段应用于临床已被广大的临床医生所接受，尤其在妇科领域。从附件切除，子宫肌瘤剜除术、扩大至全子宫切除术。为了确立腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除的地位，我们将LAVH与阴式子宫切除在手术指证，操作特点，手术结果等方面作一比较，现报道如下。1临床资料1995
Laparoscopic technology as a treatment for clinical application has been accepted by the majority of clinicians, especially in gynecology. Excision from the attachment, uterine fibroids removed surgery, extended to hysterectomy.
