采用台盼益拒染法及3H-脱氧胸苷和3H-亮氨酸掺入实验,观察α-干扰素和维甲酸联合对人卵巢癌SKOV3细胞DNA及蛋白质合成的影响。结果显示:1μm/L维甲酸和1000μ/mlα-干扰素联合可显著降低SKOV3细胞的增殖速度,抑制其DNA和蛋白质的合成,联合作用强于二者单独应用之和,且细胞毒性并不增加。提示小剂量维甲酸和α-干扰素联合可用于卵巢癌的治疗。
The effects of α-interferon and retinoic acid on the DNA and protein synthesis of human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells were observed by Taixingyi anti-dye method and 3H-deoxythymidine and 3H-leucine incorporation. The results showed that the combination of 1 μm / L retinoic acid and 1000 μ / ml α-interferon significantly reduced the proliferation of SKOV3 cells, inhibited the DNA and protein synthesis, and the combined effect was stronger than that of SKOV3 alone and the cytotoxicity did not increase .
