目的:探讨在内分泌科临床护理中,实施全程健康教育护理管理的意义,为开展临床患者健康教育工作提供参考。方法:以2014年收治的150例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组75例患者。对照组患者予以常规健康教育,观察组患者予以全程健康教育护理模式,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果;观察组患者的血糖控制水平,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全程健康教育护理管理,有利于提高患者的疾病认知,提高患者的治疗效果和护理满意度,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To explore the significance of implementing nursing education of health education throughout the clinical nursing of endocrinology so as to provide references for carrying out health education of clinical patients. Methods: A total of 150 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital in 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospital admission, with 75 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine health education, and patients in the observation group were given full health education and nursing mode. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The level of glycemic control in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing management of health education in the whole process is beneficial to improve patients’ cognition of disease, improve patient’s treatment effect and nursing satisfaction, and improve the quality of life of patients.
