目的:通过规范化培训,提高护士口腔护理执行率,更有效地为经口气管插管患者做好口腔护理。方法:将经口气管插管患者128例分为两组,对照组患者进行常规口腔护理操作;观察组护理人员经培训后行口腔护理。结果:培训前经口气管插管患者口腔护理执行率为64.2%;培训后经口气管插管患者口腔护理执行率86.9%。结论:通过规范化的培训,提高了护理人员对经口气管插管患者口腔护理重要性的认识程度,提高了口腔护理执行率,减少了呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To improve oral nursing implementation rate of nurses through standardized training and to make oral care more effective for patients with orotracheal intubation. Methods: 128 cases of orotracheal intubation patients were divided into two groups, the control group of patients for routine oral care operations; observation group nurses trained after oral care. Results: The preoperative oral tracheal intubation in patients with oral care implementation rate was 64.2%; oral tracheal intubation training oral care implementation rate of 86.9%. Conclusion: Through standardized training, nurses have increased their awareness of the importance of oral care in patients with orotracheal intubation, improved the implementation rate of oral care and reduced the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP).
