目的了解北京市东城区在职教师骨质改变现状及其影响因素,为预防教师骨质减少、骨质疏松提供依据。方法选取北京市东城区2010年在职教师5 168人,采用美国产Metriscan骨密度仪,测量非优势手的第2,3,4手指的骨密度,依据T值做出骨质正常、骨质减少、骨质疏松的诊断。结果共检测全区在职教师5 168人,检出骨质减少1 096例(21.21%),骨质疏松446例(8.63%),女性骨质疏松检出率高于男性。结论应经常监测教师的骨质状况,采取有效措施预防骨质疏松症。
Objective To understand the status quo of bone changes in serving teachers in Dongcheng District, Beijing and its influencing factors, and to provide evidences for prevention of osteopenia and osteoporosis in teachers. Methods A total of 5 168 on-the-job teachers in Dongcheng District of Beijing were selected in 2010. Meadiscan bone density meter was used to measure the bone density of the second, third and fourth fingers of the non-dominant hand. According to the T value, normal bone mass and osteopenia Diagnosis of osteoporosis. Results A total of 5 168 in-service teachers were detected. A total of 1 096 cases (21.21%) of osteopenia and 446 cases (8.63%) of osteoporosis were detected. The detection rate of osteoporosis in women was higher than that of men. Conclusion Teachers should be regularly monitored bone status, take effective measures to prevent osteoporosis.
