在简要介绍远程服务系统和可编程序控制器(PLC)的通讯功能的基础上,以同济大学CIMS研究中心、复旦大学、上海大众汽车公司以及德国鲁尔大学为上海大众汽车公司的冲压流水线建立的远程维修服务系统为例,着重讨论了PLC接入远程服务系统的两种方案,PLC通过总线连接盒iBx与编程器连接的两种方案,以及它们的实现方法
