Since 1991, Jiamusi Central Hospital has started to strengthen management and actively expanded the depth and breadth of reforms. This has enabled the rapid development of hospital construction. Bed occupancy rate has increased from 87.28% before reform to 97.82%; annual business income from 1990 10.8 million yuan in the year to 19.2 million yuan in 1992; multi-channel funding
