In the lime-ash roasting structure engineering, the second section of the second team is mainly responsible for the installation of structural parts. With the help of the company’s leadership instructions and the help of specific business units, the piloting of the method of co-ordination began in September 1965 and it has been less than five months. In the trial process, the results were good. For example, the duration of the workshop for the raw materials was 36 days. The actual construction period was four days earlier. The shaft kiln installation plan was 41 days, and the actual 21-day bricklaying conditions were achieved. (I) Before the implementation of the overall method, we arranged and organized the works
