以前我们设计一个煤气站,在技术施工设计中工艺部分专用施工图一般是50-80张,设计工日约200-350个,设计周期往往需3-4个月。可是,设计北京××厂煤气站时,由于我们的思想解放了,进行了典型试验,尽量简化了施工图并充分利用了通用图及标准图,因而将工艺部分专用施工图减至15张,同时由于采用会议方式互提资料,将设计工日减至45个,设计周期缩减为45天,比从前加快了4—5倍。此煤气站是于五月中旬交图
In the past, we designed a gas station. In the technical construction design, the technical drawings for the technical part were generally 50-80 sheets, and the design days were about 200-350. The design cycle usually takes 3-4 months. However, when designing the XXXX factory gas station in Beijing, due to the liberation of our minds, we carried out typical tests, simplified the construction drawings as far as possible, and made full use of the general maps and standard drawings, thus reducing the number of dedicated construction drawings for the process to 15 pieces. At the same time, due to the use of meeting methods to increase mutual information, the number of design days was reduced to 45, and the design period was reduced to 45 days, 4-5 times faster than before. This gas station is available for mid-May delivery
