RMI-12,936(17β羟基-7α甲基雄甾-5双键-3酮)是一种抗孕激素制剂。已有报告,在大鼠、田鼠及兔,该化合物具有流产作用,并有抗排卵活性。给大鼠和兔单次用药能中止中期妊娠,并有可能作为一种事后药。本文进一步观察了RMI-12,936若在大鼠孕1天用药对早孕及血清孕酮的影响,若在交配前用药对卵运输及受精的影响,并追踪了在用RMI-12,936达妊娠终止以后生殖方面的变化。
