药房自制的注射液经高压消毒和滴眼液贮存较久后,往往引起橡胶塞脱落胶性微粒,影响药液的澄明度。为了提高注射液、滴眼液的澄明度,对橡胶塞几种不同处理方法作了比较,经二年多实践,证明下列二方法较好,现介绍如下。 (一)丙酮、醋酸处理法:将橡胶塞用水搓洗2~3次,除去表面灰尘等异物,干后用丙酮在室温浸泡4~6小时,时加搅动或搓揉,取出用蒸溜水搓洗5~7次,将丙酮回收,然后以0.3%(重/容)醋酸于室温浸泡2~3小时(冬天浸泡时间可延长3小时或稍长,视橡胶制品的质量而定),倾去醋酸水溶液后,用滤过的蒸溜水搓洗5~7次,最后用滤过的蒸溜水煮沸1小时,备用。用此法处理后的橡胶塞表面清净,胶性微粒少。缺点是丙酮价较昂贵,不能大量普遍应用。另外还需注意,醋酸浓度不宜超过0.5%,不能加热温浸,浸泡时间也不能过长,
