当今时代,是一个竞争的时代,是一个追求速度的时代,我有你无是新,我快你慢是新。这样一个创新的时代对人才的需求极大,为了满足社会发展对人才的需求,各大高校纷纷扩大校区规模,加强招生力度,但是由于学校体制不够完善,盲目地扩招带来了一系列的财政问题。高校财务管理直接关系到整个高校的工作是否能够顺利进行,对高校的科学研究、校区建设、校务管理都有重大影响,是深化高校体制改革的关键步骤。因此,高校财务管理的合理性是高校发展的基础和前提。文章从高校的财务管理入手,分析了高校财务管理存在的问题及产生这些问题的原因,并针对这些问题,提出了相应的解决措施,希望能优化高校财务管理结构。
