目的调研产科临床工作人员对药学服务的认知、态度、实践、现状和期望,为建立我院产科药学服务路径提供依据。方法参阅文献并根据我院实际情况制定调查问卷,问卷分单项选择和多项选择,多项选择每项为1分,问卷发至我院产科6个住院病区和2个门诊病区共202名工作人员,在1~2 d内收回,应用SPSS20.0统计软件进行分析。结果问卷回收率为100%,有效率99.5%。结果显示我院产科工作人员对药学服务持欢迎态度,对药学服务的认识有待提高,与此同时,认为还有一些需要解决的困难,主要包括药师本身知识、技能的提高和领导的态度;在服务形式和内容上提供了很有价值的信息,认为形式上可多样化,主要包括纸质版药品和疾病信息、医院内药学信息查询机,服务的内容主要包括用药咨询和指导、药物不良反应监测、用药相关问题分析、药学教育和个体化给药方案的制订。结论通过调研分析我院产科工作人员关于药学服务相关问题,为建立产科药学服务路径包括服务的时机、形式和内容提供了重要策略支持。
Objective To investigate the cognition, attitude, practice, current status and expectation of obstetrics and gynecology staff on obstetrics and gynecology service, and to provide basis for establishing obstetrics and pharmacy service route in our hospital. Methods Refer to the literature and according to the actual situation in our hospital to develop a questionnaire, questionnaire sub-item selection and multiple choice, a number of options for each 1 points, questionnaires sent to our hospital obstetrics and gynecology 6 inpatient wards 202 Name of staff, recovered within 1 ~ 2 d, using SPSS20.0 statistical software for analysis. Results The questionnaire recovery rate was 100%, the effective rate of 99.5%. The results showed that obstetrics and gynecology staff in our hospital welcomed the pharmacy services and the understanding of pharmacy services needs to be improved. At the same time, there are some difficulties that need to be solved, including the pharmacists’ own knowledge, skills and leadership attitude. At the same time, Services and content provide valuable information that the form can be diversified, including paper version of drugs and disease information, the hospital pharmacy information inquiry machine, the service includes the content of counseling and counseling, adverse drug reactions Monitoring, analysis of drug related issues, pharmacy education and individualized dosing regimens. Conclusion Through the investigation and analysis of the obstetrics and gynecology staff in our hospital on the issues related to pharmacy services, it provides important strategic support for establishing the timing, form and content of obstetrics and pharmacy services including services.
