本文用有限元方法研究Ｍａｃｈ—Ｚｅｈｎｄｅｒ式光纤干涉传感器在测量时光纤对位移因子的影响，光纤对裂纹的感知，并对悬臂梁和双悬臂梁中光纤的铺设进行了分析。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to study the effect of optical fiber on the displacement factor, the perception of optical fiber crack, and the fiber lay in cantilever beam and double cantilever beam by Mach-Zehnder optical fiber interference sensor.
