2013年9月9~13日,由郑州市地方史志办公室举办的郑州市史志干部综合素质提升研修班在浙江大学圆满完成各项学习任务,达到预期目的。郑州市人民政府副秘书长王霄鹂受刘东副市长的委托出席开班典礼,并作动员讲话。王秘书长强调举办此次研修班的重要性和必要性,对全体学员提出明确要求,希望大家学有所思,学有所获,学有所成,把学习的知识结合实际工作,结合郑州的发展情况,结合史志工作进一步提升的有关要求,进行深入思考和研究,把这次学习成果在今后的工作研究当中体现出来,能上升到更高的层次,使郑州市史志工作发展得更好。浙江大学干部教育培训研究中心主任陈萃光教授和浙江大学继续教育学院项目
