12月6日下午,国家民委党组召开扩大会议,传达中央经济工作会议精神,并学习胡锦涛、温家宝、贾庆林、回良玉等中央领导同志关于加快少数民族和民族地区发展的重要批示。大家一致认为,党中央、国务院召开的这次中央经济工作会议非常重要,胡锦涛总书记和温家宝总理的重要讲话从全局和战略的高度,深入分析了当前国际国内形势,全面总结了2004年的经济工作,明确提出了2005年经济工作的总体要求、指导原则和主要任务,这对于统一全党的思想认识,团结和动员全国各族人民做好2005年的经济工作,具有十分重要的意义。本文是李德洙同志在国家民委党组扩大会议上的讲话,标题为编者所加。
