本文报告在单纯低温保存下的脏器应用生物发光技术检查胰腺组织的活力。发现在冷缺血期的胰腺其ATP水平逐渐降低,线粒体结构出现了不同变化。此外,并对生物发光技术的机制以及在冷藏时的ATP作用进行了讨论。
This article reports the application of bioluminescence to examine pancreatic tissue viability in simple hypothermic organs. Found in the cold ischemia of the pancreas its ATP levels gradually decreased, mitochondrial structure appeared different changes. In addition, the mechanism of bioluminescence and the role of ATP in chilling are discussed.
