[目的]综合分析2009—2014年上海市足浴场所卫生状况,为足浴业卫生的有效监管提供基础数据和科学依据。[方法]2009—2014年,采取整群抽样的方法,每年对上海市各区/县随机抽取6~7家足浴场所作为监测对象。监测内容包括:室内空气、足浴用品、足浴水和从业人员手部卫生。[结果]足浴场所室内空气质量各指标合格率均≥93.88%。足浴用品大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌各年合格率均≥96.28%,而拖鞋的霉菌合格率≤88.89%。足浴水绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌各年合格率≥97.06%,霉菌2010年合格率仅为33.33%。从业人员手部大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌各年合格率≥96.64%;细菌总数合格率近几年有所下滑,霉菌合格率≤91.38%。[结论]上海市被抽检足浴场所室内空气质量总体情况良好,但足浴用品、足浴水及足浴从业人员手部卫生情况不容乐观。
[Objective] To comprehensively analyze the health status of footbaths in Shanghai from 2009 to 2014 and provide the basic data and scientific basis for effective regulation of footbath health. [Methods] From 2009 to 2014, a cluster sampling method was adopted. Six to seven footbaths were randomly selected from districts / counties in Shanghai as monitoring targets. Monitoring include: indoor air, foot bath supplies, foot bath water and practitioners hand hygiene. [Result] The qualified rate of each index of indoor air quality in foot bath was ≥93.88%. Foot bath products coliform bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus pass rate of 96.28% each year, while the slipper mold pass rate ≤ 88.89%. Foot bath Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus pass rate of 97.06% for each year, the mold pass rate in 2010 was only 33.33%. Practitioners hand coliform and Staphylococcus aureus passing rate of 96.64% per year; the total number of bacteria passing rate has declined in recent years, mold pass rate ≤ 91.38%. [Conclusion] The indoor air quality of foot bathing facilities in Shanghai was generally good, but the hand hygiene of foot bathing supplies, foot bathing and foot bathing workers was not optimistic.
