传染性肝炎的传染期,一般认为在潜伏期的末期至发病后15天内,其传染性最强,以后逐渐減弱。但究竟本病在慢性期及迁延期患者是否仍有传染性,至今各地学者意见不一:有的认为已无传染性,但亦有的作者指出,本病在慢性过程中仍具有传染性。本文试就本病的慢性及迁延过程的患者之传染力持续时间以及对慢性肝炎的隔离问题加以探讨,供大家参考。材料来源:我们在传染性肝炎之流行病学调查中发现一部分慢性及迁延期患者,在一个家庭内引起肝炎流行与散发。共追访184例,其中黄疸型50例,无黄疸型134例。病程6个月至18年不等。上述患者发病后多因初期治疗不及时、不彻底、劳动过早或合并其他疾病而转为慢性与迁延型经过。诊断标准:凡病程在6个月至1年以内者(迁延型)及1年以上者(慢性),仍具有肠胃道症状、疲乏无力、肝区疼痛、肝脏肿大而又有肝区叩压痛,或部分肝功能障碍者。病程与传染性:本文184例慢性肝炎经追访,所得到的材料,初步分析有21个家庭引起肝炎散发或全
