为探索加速治理黄土高原水土流失的办法,从1980年起国家拨出专款,在黄土高原水土流失类型区开展了水土保持小流域综合治理试点。本文主要就其中的9条小流域在试点治理期间的投资效益进行初步分析。
In order to explore ways to speed up soil and water loss in the management of the Loess Plateau, a special fund was appropriated by the state since 1980 to carry out pilot projects of comprehensive management of soil and water conservation small watershed in the soil and water loss areas of the Loess Plateau. This paper mainly analyzes the investment returns of nine small watersheds during the pilot period.
