党的十七大报告明确提出,要实施扩大就业的发展战略,把加强培训、扩大就业、鼓励创业、支持创业摆到就业工作更加突出的位置。近年来,湖南省长沙县发展步伐不断加快,在全国县域经济基本竞争力、县域经济综合实力、中小城市综合实力百强评比中分别居37、94、58位,成为湖南省唯一的全国“三百强县”。其创造的就业培训“四·三”模式在创业促就业中发挥了极大的作用。

In recent years, the development pace of Changsha County in Hunan Province has been accelerating. It ranks 37,94 and 58 respectively in the basic competitiveness of the county economy, the comprehensive strength of the county economy and the top 100 comprehensive strength of small and medium-sized cities. It has become the only national “ Three hundred county ”. The employment training created by the “three three” model has played a very significant role in promoting employment through entrepreneurship.
