深圳经济特区作为对外开放和体制改革的“试验场”,为科学技术同经济建设紧密结合、阔步走向市场创造了十分有利的条件。过去的一年,深圳市科技工作在市委,市政府的重视和领导下,认真贯彻邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论,以觉的十四大所确立的社会主义市场经济为目标,以发展高新技术产业为龙头,以建立全市性的技术市场体系为重点,大胆探索科技进步的新路子。取得了较为显著的成效,深圳科技事业呈现全方位发展的新格局。
