利用青蒿酯及其活性代谢产物双氢青蒿素可在滴汞电极上还原的性质,建立了同时测定人血浆中此二者的还原型电化学极谱检测高效液相色谱法。本法灵敏,准确、特异性强,血药浓度20~800 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,变异系数小于9%,适用于药代动力学和临床药理研究的需要。
Using the property that artemisinin and its active metabolite dihydroartemisinin can be reduced on the mercury drop electrode, a reduced electrochemical polarographic high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the simultaneous determination of the two in human plasma. The method is sensitive, accurate and specific. The linearity of the blood drug concentration is in the range of 20-800 ng/ml, and the coefficient of variation is less than 9%. It is suitable for the needs of pharmacokinetics and clinical pharmacology research.
