某些植物多糖如猪苓、了哥王、柴胡,酵母和银耳等都有一定的抗放作用。有些多糖对荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤有一定的抑瘤效果。有的多糖已用作肿瘤患者放疗或化疗的辅用药物。植物多糖的药用价值已日渐为人们重视,但其作用原理尚不十分清楚。本文报道的是具有一定抗放作用或有抑瘤作用的24种多糖对正常小鼠淋巴和造血细胞生成影响的初步观察结果,其目的是为这些药物的抗放或抑瘤作用的机理寻求依据。材料与方法动物:本院繁殖的LACA小鼠。日龄55天,雄性。植物多糖(简称多糖)种类及其用量:24种多糖的名称和用量见表1。药量是已知的
Some plant polysaccharides such as pig razor clams, brothers, Bupleurum, yeast and white fungus have a certain resistance to release. Some polysaccharides have a certain anti-tumor effect on tumor-bearing mice. Some polysaccharides have been used as adjuvant drugs for radiotherapy or chemotherapy of cancer patients. The medicinal value of plant polysaccharides has been increasingly valued by people, but its principle of action is not yet clear. This article reports the preliminary observations of the effect of 24 polysaccharides with certain anti-radiation or anti-tumor effects on the formation of lymphoid and hematopoietic cells in normal mice.
