守则是国家机关、社会团体、企事业单位为维护正常的工作、学习及生活秩序而制定的要求所属成员遵守的规章,内容以纪律要求为主,兼及作风、态度等其他方面。守则是适用性十分广泛的一类文种,对制发机关没有严格的限制,机关、团体、企事业单位及其下属部门都可以根据需要制定要求所属成员遵守的守则,如保卫处可以制订《保卫人员守则》,大会组委会可以制订《大会工作人员守则》。
The code of practice is the rules and regulations that state organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions require to comply with in order to maintain normal work, study and living order. The code is based on disciplinary requirements and other aspects such as style and attitude. Codes of practice are a very broad class of applicants. There are no strict restrictions on the issuing authority. Organizations, groups, enterprises and public institutions and their subordinate departments may, as required, formulate codes that require their members to abide by. For example, Security Guards Code, “the Organizing Committee of the General Assembly can formulate the” General Assembly Staff Code. "
