下铸镇静钢在国内外均普遍应用固体保护渣,其主要类型为高炉渣系和硅酸盐渣系。本文主要讨论高炉渣系保护渣的配制原理和最佳化学成份的选择。研制不加萤石的4~#保护渣应用于 D_(22)电机硅钢的生产,取得良好的效果,钢锭的原始合格率提高30%以上,夹杂总量降低约30%,成品硅钢片的牌号比和电磁性能亦有提高。由于高炉渣的大量应用,使保护渣的成本比原来降低42%。4~#保护渣初步应用于16Mn,12MoNbAl,10PVNb 等低合金钢亦取得较好的效果。
