校企合作办学是以市场和社会需求为导向,学校和企业共同参与人才培养过程,利用学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和教育资源,采用课堂教学与学生参加实际工作有机结合,来培养适合不同用人单位需要的应用性人才的教学模式。校企共建实训基地,实现课堂实践教学与企业实际工作岗位有机结合,校园文化与企业文化的有机结合,以培养适合生产、建设、服务、管理一线实用型人才为主要目标。通过校企合作,共建实训基地,突出职业岗位需要,使学生经受岗位实务训练,提高其技术应用能力,培养其综合职业素质。
