校本培训,顾名思义,首先应该姓“校”,亦即源于校情,立足学校实际,具有很强的针对性。就二期课改对我们校本培训的要求来说,涉及面甚广,大而言之,有教育理念的更新,有课程设置的变革,也有课堂教学的改革……诸如此类,不一而足。目前,上海各中学虽说均已进入二期课改的行列,但实际情况并不相同,对二期课改精神的理解和体验也各不相同:
