Fifty-two perimenopausal women were tested by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) to investigate the effects of long-term Mulan exercise on bone mineral density and bone metabolic hormones in perimenopausal women. The results showed that the BMD of perimenopausal women who underwent long-term Mulan boxing exercises was significantly higher than that of sedentary workers; the lumbar spine (L2-L4), femoral neck (FN), proximal femur (FTRO) and WARDS Bone mineral density was significantly different (P <0.05; bone metabolism-related hormone only parathyroid hormone (PTH) significant difference (P <0.05 =; also found that exercise in different stages of perimenopausal intervention Bone mineral density also have different degrees of influence.
