在一些地区,山地地形是医院建设无法回避的问题,随之而来的是流线、交通、安全、材料运输、施工技术等各种问题与挑战。如果单纯从最基本的理论上来说,所有建筑的设计原则、理论均大致相同,山地医院建筑的设计与平地上的医院建筑都遵循着共同的规律;但如果从实践上来说,山地医院建筑与平地医院建筑在设计侧重点和运用的手法上却有很多差别,看似通用的理论和方法,在实际应用中总是遇到诸多意想不到的问题。
