目的探讨没药挥发油(没药油)对大鼠神经胶质瘤细胞C6增殖抑制作用。方法应用MTT法检测不同质量浓度没药油对C6细胞活性的作用;BrdU掺入试验检测细胞增殖的变化;流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果没药油对C6细胞活性有明显的抑制作用,其抑制率与质量浓度有关;没药油作用24h后,C6细胞BrdU标记指数明显降低;而不同质量浓度没药油作用24h后,C6细胞凋亡率与对照组相比无显著改变。结论没药油对大鼠神经胶质瘤细胞株C6的增殖具有明显的抑制作用,但诱导细胞凋亡的作用不明显。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of myrrh volatile oil (Myrrh) on the proliferation of rat glioma cells C6. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of myrrh oil on the activity of C6 cells. BrdU incorporation assay was used to detect the changes of cell proliferation. Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis rate. Results Myrrh oil had a significant inhibitory effect on the activity of C6 cells, and its inhibition rate was related to the concentration. After 24 hours of myrrh oil treatment, the BrdU labeling index of C6 cells was significantly reduced. After treatment with mycelium of different quality concentrations for 24 h, C6 cells were observed. The rate of apoptosis was not significantly changed compared to the control group. Conclusion Myrrh oil has a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of rat glioma cell line C6, but the effect of inducing apoptosis is not obvious.
