用及相HPLC-紫外法对国产3种盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊进行了人体生物利用度研究。9名健康志愿者采用交叉、平行、对照法口服3种盐酸氟桂毒胶囊，测定85小时内不同时间的血药浓度。结果表明，相对生物利用度为96．18％、94．10％．各项药动学参数均无显著差异（P＞0．05）。
The HPLC-UV method was used to study the bioavailability of three domestic flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. Nine healthy volunteers using oral, parallel, control oral administration of three fluoride fluoride drug capsules, determination of plasma concentrations at different times within 85 hours. The results showed that the relative bioavailability was 96.18%, 94.10%. The pharmacokinetic parameters were not significantly different (P> 0.05).
